1. Ask about Studio without an account

On the Studio home page, the assistant answers questions about the software: how online booking, waitlists, partner booking, passes and payments work, and what Studio costs. When you want to go further, it points you to a feature page, a guide or sign-up.

The assistant is free, available around the clock and needs no sign-in. It answers in the language of your question: Polish, English, German or French. Type your own question or pick an example in the field at the top of the home page or further down this page.

2. Find a setting in the school dashboard

Once you sign in, the “Ask the assistant” button sits in the bottom right corner of the school dashboard. Ask, for example, where to turn on online booking or how to set up a waitlist. The assistant explains the setup step by step using the same names you see in the app and links straight to the right screen or setting.

It helps most during the first setup and with settings you rarely use, for example:

  • Turning on online booking and cancellation rules.
  • Waitlists and partner classes in a class type.
  • Passes, online sales and connecting a Stripe account.
  • Inviting an instructor or reception staff to the team.

3. Tips that match your role

Owners, managers, reception staff and instructors have different permissions in Studio. The assistant takes your role at the selected school into account and only links to places you can access. An instructor learns where to see the participants of their classes and mark attendance; an owner learns how to connect online payments.

4. Help for participants

Signed-in participants find the assistant in the customer area. They can ask how to book a class, how to cancel a booking or where to find their passes, and the assistant points them to the right place, such as My bookings.

Prices, sessions and booking rules are set by the school. For questions about a specific booking or payment, participants contact the school.

5. Privacy and limits

The assistant has no access to school or participant data: it cannot check bookings, payments or attendance, and it does not change anything for you. It answers based on a description of Studio’s features, and you make the change yourself after following the link.

Questions are processed by a language model in Cloudflare Workers AI. Studio does not store conversation content. Do not enter personal data, such as participants’ names, email addresses or phone numbers, or passwords. Details are in Studio’s privacy notice.

The assistant can make mistakes. For anything binding, the school’s settings, Studio’s legal documents and contact with Studio take precedence.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI assistant free?

Yes. The assistant is free, like the rest of Studio. On the home page you can use it without an account; once signed in, you find it in the school dashboard and the customer area.

Can the assistant see my school’s data?

No. The assistant has no access to bookings, customers, payments or attendance and changes nothing at your school. It explains how Studio works and links to the place where you can check or change a setting yourself.

Which languages does the assistant answer in?

Polish, English, German and French. The assistant answers in your language, and links to Studio pages lead to the matching language version.

Can the assistant make mistakes?

Yes. Answers are generated by a language model and may contain errors. If an answer does not match what you see in the app, follow the school’s settings and Studio’s documents, or write to us via the contact page.

Where can I find the assistant?
